Very nice hotel and near the Taj Mahal.

Very nice hotel with fantastic room ,my family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Worst services ever received against orders placed for in room dining. After having meals, room not cleared despite of several reminders for the whole day. Have paid for an extra bed as per the receipt of Make My Trip, which was not provided by the Hotel. On the day of departure, called up at 9 morning to call a doctor for checkup of my son suffering from fever, at 9:30 received a call back from reception telling that doctor visit will be charged @1500-2000, on conforming for charges, doctor came at around 10:30, prescribed medicines were delivered at room at around 11:55, say after 03 hours of indicating medical emergency on the help desk of a 5 star hotel. U can very well guess the extent of harassment faced during those 03 hours.

Hotel was too good.. interiors were grand. Food is expensive but Buffet dinner was value for money.
