We reached Amritsar quite late due to delayed rail services but received a warm welcome from the reception of the hotel. Room Service and ambiance of the hotel is good and the proximity to the major sight seen in Amritsar makes it a perfect place. Golden Temple is just a km away and had a rich shopping experience as the hotel is located in the hub of the city. Good Vacation and lovely time spent.

There was much wanting from the hotel in terms of the basic amenities and services expected from a hotel in this range. Only one full size towel was provided in a double room and housekeeping services were unheard of.

The Hotel was average, but we were very disappointed since the Hotel duped us by assuring us that they had booked Volvo Sleeper tickets for our return, over-charged us, whereas booked an ordinary A/c Sitting Bus for us. The Price we paid for the tickets was much higher than other co-passengers. The only positive was that the Railway Station, Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh were within 1-2 km radius
