They should be having tea/coffee maker too in the room.

Good foyer and reception area. Not 4 star interior. Service is below 1 star. Everytime, let it be housekeeping or food, we have to wait for 45-60 mins. Very bad.

I will never call that as a 3 star hotel, How can one expect a room without an LCD and the switches for the lights are not even available beside the bed.. one needs to walk around the room to switch off the lights.. The soothing factors for this hotel is location and room service (u can feel 3 star here.. the prices are too much for Vijayawada and even for a 3 star hotel)

I checked - in at mid night and while I was driving to Vijayawada I have informed hotel about my midnight arrival and to make the arrangements for the dinner. They said restaurant is open 24 hours so need not worry. After I reach hotel and checked into my room the first thing I saw was a cockroach around the bed. They changed my room, but both the rooms are stinking. After check-in asked them for dinner, they say only burger and sandwiches are available. And there customer service is pathetic. I would never get into such a horrible hotel paying such a huge amount.

Being a 5 star hotel we expect a little luxury in the room but to my sheer disappointment the hotel didnÂ’t meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. Do you expect a old 22" television with a non working remote in a room worth of Rs 3300 when even economy hotels also upgrading to LCD'S. We need to call housekeeping for bath towels. The reception staff was bit rude. I may not consider for a second stay.

The service levels are pathetic and nowhere near class.. This is recommended for a leisure stay and not for executives on official duty...
