Hotel needs real-time facelift and services have to improve drastically.

Very poor service. Room was bad . Never stay at this hotel.

This hotel is excellently positioned just beside the light house on the sea beach, away from the nasty hustle & bustle of Swargdwar but at a 10 min walking distance from the main market at Swargdwar. The service of the hotel was very very good. The manager, room boys, security guards, drivers, everybody was very courteous and helpful. They made us feel at home. We are really impressed by their excellent service standards which I have not received in some of the 5 star hotels also. Room condition in terms of maintenance could be a little improved, otherwise rooms are perfectly fine. Overall, I will strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Puri. Good Job folks!!!

Hotel is situated at an isolated corner of marine drive road which is far from the temple as well as from other sites. Auto rickshaw charged much more than it should be. AC covers were broken and there was frequent breakdown of electricity. No bell or telephone was in room. Simply an instrument was installed to show that it has internal service of telephone. Towels and bed sheet were in shabby look and only changed once in stay of three days. Meal was being severed on order after a gap of one hour and without any taste. Manager Mr. Misra was good person but he was tight lipped due to helplessness of management. Overall it was a bad experience with expectation of a good room to be provided at this religious place.

The floors were dirty when we moved in, it was sticky and sandy. Gave an old flimsy towels and stained bedsheets. Now here the worst part, room service is at its low. The bell boy came right inside my room without waiting for me to attending the call. Privacy! Do they know there is some word in the dictionary. Location is good if you want a secluded place, else it is far from the main beach market area. The admin staff behaved an talked very good, helped a lot in arranging a taxi, but that does not make the main issues go away.

Except location, nothing was good, even average. Rooms were dirty and after so much arguments, hotel staff cleaned the room, changed the bedsheets. Food was good. Bathrooms were too small.

The hotel was not cleaned properly and maintain properly. The room service is very good but it needs to modify room decoration and furniture, because all of them are old.AC power switch board was open, it was dangerous to switch on the AC. Any time one can get an electric shock.

Location of the hotel excellent. Service is poor, seems they have shortage of manpower. Freeze and TV kept in the room does not work. I stayed for 5 nights, everyday they promised to repair those but failed to do so. Everyday there was power cut during day time for more than 4-5 hours, no ac during this time. AC does not have any remote to control. After repeative followup got the food bill at last moment but surprisingly Rs 495/- extra charge found, though it was corrected when pointed out. In 5 nights stay they only once changed the bedcover.

The only positive factor with this hotel is its location with respect to the sea and beach. Everything else is rank pathetic-starting from the room and all its services.

Location of the hotel is good. Food is also good. Room standard so so. View from room good. AC problem on 1st day but they changed it in the evening. Staffs were cooperative. But be aware of the transportation cost if transportation offered by the hotel for side scene. It about double. So it is recommended to arrange transportation from local travel agents available at Swargadwar. For food bill this hotel does not accept card payment. Overall my experience was satisfactory.
