Good hotel with convenient location (Near to Bus stand around 1KM and Botanical Garden 0.5 KM).Restaurant food is okay. Overall comfortable place to stay. Travel desk service is good.

Location, response time by hotel staff is excellent. Food is not so tasty. Otherwise, it was a memorable stay. We will definitely come back.

This hotel was good, I stayed for a night in a standard room and me & my family were quite satisfied. This is 3 kms from crowded Ooty market areas and close to botanical gardens. probably the best place for a hotel to be located in ooty

For the price you pay, this is a pretty decent hotel. Food in the restaurant is good and the service is fairly decent.

The staff are very courteous. The location is good. The food in the restaurant is decent. It is almost value for money. There is however one issue which I think was not so nice. The hotel has a 'no smoking' board outside (as per law) but the day we checked in the corridor between the rooms was reeking of cigarette smell. I suspect the attached bar may be allowing smoking. This needs to be fixed.

After reading the previous reviews on makemytrip.com I planned of staying in this hotel. To my surprise I found that the hotel was exactly located at a serene location were from the room the beautiful mountains of the Nilgiris could be viewed. The services provided by the hotel were excellent. Also complete privacy is given to the newly married couples by the hotel staff. The food was extremely delicious and not as mentioned in the earlier reveiws. Since I had hired a local tourist taxi the charges were less than the facilities provided by the travel desk. Hence, this hotel is the best place to chill out in Ooty and worthstaying for newly married couples.
