Worth.

The hotel is very well maintained. We are very happy with our room. The toilets were very clean and they had put a notice saying it is all disinfected for our own safety. The service was prompt. We had lunch and breakfast in the hotel and it was well prepared and tasty and the restaurent was also maintained very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside was we booked a non-Ac room and we kept some of the windows open for ventillation, as it was near to the APSRTC bus stand we heard continous honking throughout the night.

Room service slow.Hhotel has infrastructure but the delivery has opportunity for improvement

Hotel is very close to bus stand and comfortable to stay. Attached vegetarian restaurant servers delicious food. Room service is good and fast. Only disadvantage is, they donÂ’t provide bill to customers instead they send it to agent(makemytrip in my case)

Place is okay, the hotel resturant timing are awkward. Staff are not ready to support in case sharing of information

This hotel is a value for money hotel. I was not disappointed after booking

Good Hotel, I recommend this. only disadvantage is it is very close to Bus Stand. 24*7 you keep hearing horn sound

Once you enter to PLR GRAND hotel you have a "WOW" feeling at the lobby area. The staffs were very supportive and caring. Hotel is located at the right place where you can get everything you need. The food was really good and the complementary breakfast was awesome which I have never seen in other hotels with such a nominal standard room tariff. The hotel view was also really good. The hotel rooms were clean and the bathroom was very hygienic. I would suggest others not to miss the chance to stay here BEST SERVICE ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
