A five-minute walk from Candolim Beach in north Goa, Per Avel Beach Holiday Home is 16 km away from Panjim city, about 55 km away from Dabolim Airport and 25 km away from Thivim railway station. The hotel is conveniently located with souvenir shops, a supermarket and local restaurants within walking distance.

Flagged colourfully at the entrance, pass an open bar under red bricks, green lawns with ample seating under sun umbrellas and a pond with a peeping lotus to arrive at a colourful building that holds 22 rooms. Like a quaint Goan home, the reception is on the right with friendly staff behind the counter.

The rooms are basic and divided into air conditioned rooms (12) and non air conditioned rooms (10).
