Park Plaza Reviews, Jodhpur

This is a four star property, but there is no car parking and you have to park your car on the road. I have booked a room with an extra bed for my child, but they provided extra bed after several follow ups. Reception staff is not cordial, however the door man knows how to behave better. Not a value for money hotel.

Nice property to stay in

Bathtub leaked on the bath floor. Squeaky noises from rooms above disturbed at night. Window panels overlooking the pool were full of pigeon shit all over. Hot bathing water was a problem most mornings! Had to wait for 5-10 minutes before lukewarm water began to run out of the taps. Breakfast was for Rs.315, buffet dinner was 299! Business center's printer was out of order. Couldn't print my tickets from the hotel. Would expect more from a sarovar venture!

Satisfactory hotel - restaurant could be improved as tables and cutlery were dirty; food was average. Room was good value for money.

Excellent service. Close to airport.

The only problem is at the restaurants. There is no real continental food, just Indian food, mainly for breakfast. The concept no spicy at all is not understandable in the hotel.

It is a nice small hotel with all the basic facilities. The F&B is also quite good and the linen clean.

We were very happy and satisfied with services provided at the Park Plaza.

My only complaint is in the bathroom tub there is no handle to hold for senior citizens to get into and get out. Besides there is no tap in the tub to adjust the hot water temperature before starting the shower. The shower handle is also inconveniently placed. I have verbally informed the front office.
