Very neat & clean hotel, right in Gariahat.

The hotel is located in a busy Gariahat area. The room was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The ambienec of the hotel was peaceful. I didn't had the oppurtunity of having their food so I can't make any comment on that. The hospitality shown by Hotel Staff was excellent. Overall nice place to stay.

The hotel is located at the heart of Gariahat market. The ambience is not good. The hotel is situated on the 5th floor and a single lift. I found at one time - the lift was not working and had to climb down the stairs which is a total mess.
