What promised was delivered, rooms are impeccable, bathrooms are glamour rooms, some problem with the power though it always got restored in seconds, fitness room has facility like cycling, cross trainer and treadmill, also has a massager but the timings of 7am to 7pm, which was annoying, same for the swimming pool, it needed maintenance as it is on roof top and open. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, cafe 55 serves awesome. Chinese cuisine, and ambience was very good. Wi-Fi got conked for hours that were the only problem i faced, when it was connected had lightning speed. Staffs were courteous and helpful and available 24*7....

The hotel is pretty good and has all the facilities you would expect from a hotel in this budget. The rooms are clean and staff is prompt and attentive. I stayed here for 3 days and faced no problem with regards to the standards of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is pretty alright and up to the mark. The only gripe I found was the location of the hotel. It is in one of the inside lanes of old Gurgaon and finding it initially is a problem. Once you know the land mark (Mor Chowk) it is pretty okay though. The hotel visiting card has a map on the back so once you have it; you should be good to go. The hotel is located well within reach of all necessary amenities but is a little away (5kms) form the last metro station in Gurgaon. The hotel is 30 minutes away from Terminal 3 Airport and about 15-20 minutes away by car from most big malls in Gurgaon. Although the distance is a little longer, the good roads make up for time required to cover the distance. I would recommend you to stay here if you're okay with the above things. I'd personally recommend it for business travelers since it's priced very well compared to similar quality hotels in Delhi or Gurgaon.

The hotel building, room, lobby etc. are perfect and the marketing literature reflected reality. However, the pictures that showed the location is totally false. The hotel is not in an open area as depicted in the pictures. It is in a dump in Gurgaon. In fact, the room windows are opaque in the bottom half to prevent you from looking out into the neighborhood. Summary - if you just want a place to sleep, this is good. If guests/business contacts will be visiting you here, not a great place to call them over.

Hotel is good but menus in the restaurant are very poor and less options. Also air-conditioner not working, maintenance of air-conditioner is poor.
