Over all value for money.

Good hotel.

Nice room service.

I stayed in a standard room for Rs.1,189/- per night for one night. The Hotel is a good value for money. It is one km. and a half from Hatia Rly Station and near Birsa Chowk. The surroundings of the hotel give a dirty and rustic look. Bathroom of my room was not maintained properly and there was a leakage of water from a broken jet tap. There was no geyser in bathroom. However, warm water was coming in the tap. There is no tea/coffee maker in the room though it is stated to be there in one of the websites. Yes, if you don't lock all your belongings in the room, pilferage of small articles may take place. Cable TV was provided in the room; but some channels were looking quite hazy. Restaurant is OK; but at times they too much time to serve. Tea ordered by me was too sweet and tasted bad. If delay would cause you miss your train/flight/bus, better ask for items that are available readily as they take a lot of time for preparing and serving your ordered dishes.

The best reception and pleasure of staying ever experienced. The attention and desire to serve in the best of the ability by the hotel was simply heart touching. I think this is what any guest would be liking to get the kind of warmth shown by the staff of the hotel. I wish them all the best and success in life.
