Away from the city, fully cut off from the rest of the world, but still not far away from the town, a lakeside resort situated on the banks of vembanadu kayal.... A well arranged trip by make my trip... A perfect holiday that me and my family was looking for....we really enjoyed...even we did fishing at night from the resort advise... Don't forget to take your fishing rod... We took ours and it was worth.

The service of the hotel staff is not customer oriented.

Good resort and cottages, great location on the edge of the lake, wonderful houseboat, decent service and excellent value.

We stayed at Paradise Resort for 3 nights in end-July, which was off-season time. We were very satisfied with all the services during the stay - the cottage was in good condition, hotel management was very courteous and accommodating, food was excellent and other amenities like swimming pool, badminton etc. could be enjoyed despite occupancy being only 10-30% (as it was offseason time). This resort is a great 'value for money' and I would like to go back there again. The only regret I have is that we did not stay overnight in their houseboat - we did a 4-hour cruise in the day (at good discounted rate) which we loved, so next time we will also stay overnight in the houseboat!

The stay was nice & comfortable...cottages are very cosy. Karyimeen fry was relly good. Ayurveda room was not up to the mark though! But overall it was a refreshing experience and we enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for two days and really enjoyed our stay in this resort. The location is superb and we enjoyed the picturesque and silent location. The hotel staffs were very cordial and friendly, and arranged all our requirements like boating, massage and others just by a phone call. The resort is well maintained with good room service, friendly staffs, reqd. massage centre, boating facilities and nice food.

Beautifully located hotel on the lakeside, with stay in individual traditional bungalows, all with lake view from veranda. The resort has a beautiful and very clean 'infinity' pool right by the lakeside with a pleasant sitting area. Room service is very prompt and food good. However my room lacked any information whatsoever about numbers to dial for room service, etc and information on services available. Also, we had booked a meal plan but no one explained this involved eating from a set menu, despite our asking at the time. The manager quickly corercted this to the hotel's loss however.

The Resort is built on bank of Vembanad Lake. Very well built and maintaned, 12 cottages are an asset. What hotel lacks is the kind of food they serve in an exceptionally good restaurant. I think they can and they should improve on the quality of food. Staff was very humble and cordial. I stayed there for one night only. I wish I could have atleast three day's stay there to enjoy the nature. Unfortunately commercialisation has taken a tremendous toll on the ecology and nature. People go there to see the vast expanse of lake and the bird sanctuary. Lake is littered with garbage and there are hardly any birds in the sanctuary.
