Hotel was good in every aspect.

Property is located at veryclose proximity to alleppey beach and cottages are clean. Service is pathetic maybe they just couldnt handle due to peak season.

Right beside the sea-shore, it is a great place to be at. Quality of food in the restaurant can be improved.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was worth the money charged. The services were good and rooms were very nice and clean. The massage services offered were good. The only bad experience I had was while booking the House Boat through the hotel customer care.

I narrowed down on this hotel after going through a number of beach resorts in Allepey. At the end of the day i wasnt disappointed infact i'm more than happy. The resorts set up is amazing and i had booked the garden view cottage. The room is really spacious. 4 of us stayed here comfortably. The ambience was good and makes you feel all cozy and at home. Interiors were damn good. The resort had a small swimming pool and i had dip twice when i stayed there. There is a in house ayurveda centre but i didnt try it. Other than this, you have the table tennis and carrom board to spend your time. Considering there is not much to see in allepey once you are done with your trip in the backwaters, i would highly recommend this hotel to relax yourself and its a definite value for your money too. The food at the restaurant is more than average but a bit on the expensive side. The resort is quite near the railway station and only a road in between separates the resort from the beach.

We got the Sea view room for an extra INR 600. But it did not make any difference to our stay. The hotel management should take this into account and make all the rooms priced the same. The location is fine. You just have the beach right in front of the hotel. It is not a private beach. So you will have the local visiting crowd in the evenings. Mornings are ok when the crowd is less. Breakfast provided is excellent. We also had dinner there. There are no great restaurants around the hotel. We tried outside to save some money but ended up eating in a bad restaurant for maybe INR 100-150 less than what the resort would have given us. Restaurant prices are what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Swimming pool is great. Had a nice time there. They also keep nice towels in the pool seating for our use. The men's changing room shower didn't work properly, but the one outside, near to the pool, worked pretty fine. Some floats could be provided for kids. Rooms are nice.
