Good hotel, good services including food. Courteous and helping staff. Can improve upon to offer better choice in breakfast.

The initial checkin was the biggest problem. They gave us a double room with separate beds. When we asked them for a joined bed, they shifted us to another room where the bathing place in the bathroom practically did not exist. So they shifted us back to the initial room, after joining the beds (which were never truly joined). Besides this, the hotel had great service, food was good, room service great and fast, rooms were clean, they were also extremely flexible about early check-in and late check-out. Location is also great, though taxi drivers have to be guided to the hotel (the nearest landmark is Laxmi Narayan temple). The overall experience was good and recommend the hotel for its great service, flexibility, location and clean rooms.
