HotelÂ’s property value didnÂ’t match the service and upkeep of the hotel. The staff was least interested in attending the guest requirements /complaints. As promised in your booking detail about welcome drink etc, nothing was offered. For full booking period, none of the day our room entry key was working. I was accompanied by family including infant, they have to wait 10-15 mins outside the room as I have to go back to the lobby from room to fetch somebody with the master key to open door for sleeping children. Also there was a stale smell in the rooms, to which also the staff never paid any heed. Even when I requested duty manager head Mr. Wasim for redress to my complaints, no action was taken. To sum it all we were highly disappointed in this visit due to hotel response.

Hotel service is very poor. We had waited around 30 Min to checkin, after that they provided key which was not working and room was very far from lobby I visited lobby 4 times and asked key is not working, no one was worry to check the problem after shouting technician came and started repairing the lock for around 30 min. Overall i can say it was very bad experiance.

Though the hotel is good value for money, a lot can be improved such as a clean pick up car, personel appearance & cleanliness of the staff, cleanliness of the approach road to the hotel, etc.

Hotel is beautiful and in Mumbai its delight to find so much space, however it has serious service issues. Coordinating for complimentary pick up was a big pain and once we landed in hotel reservation desk had no clue if we had any reservation....irony is that pickup was arranged even when they had no info on our booking. Hotel is otherwise a lavish property and at convenient location for stopovers or short breaks in city. Very near to exhibition ground as well for business centres.

Nice hotel, good location and spacious rooms. Good value for the money.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Mumbai. The best feature of the hotel is its location. You will never feel you are in Mumbai. At least, I am not aware of any other hotels that are quieter than this. The property is a superb one! The only problem you might face is the distance you might have to travel, but I think thats a problem with the city and not just this hotel. The food prices are a little high, but you cover up for it with a lower rent. Entertainment around the hotel is pretty good. Malls are located at 10-15 minutes drive. I loved the place. Have already visited the hotel twice and will stay here while in Mumbai in the coming time as well.
