The room was so small. The value for price is not according.

Good, but services needs improvement. Kitchen service is very slow.

It was not very good at reception. Very good in the room.

1) The room which we were give 203 started to leak from the ceiling but on our complaint we were shifted to a nearby room which showed the hotel was poorley maintained. 2) The TV in the room had no remote control so it was very difficult to change channels or volume. 3) My booking had a complimentary breakfast, but there were no choice we had to take whatever they offered. 4) The food available in the resturant of the hotel was very highly priced given the quality of the food. 5) The hotel staff were very cold which made me feel that the owners have left the hotel to these guys who run it in their own way. 6) The hotel used to be a palace but overall it is in a bad shape. I would suggest two remedial measures: a) Renovate and maintain the hotel b) Give the hotel staff some grooming in hospitality but I seriously doubt that. Therefore in my next visit I would choose some other hotel for eg. Pradeep Hotel where I had just gone to take dinner the last day.It was 10times better

Hotel was good, but things like hygiene not upto the mark, as I was staying in a deluxe room which costs 2800+ 800 for extra bed. The intercom instrument was very normal, ordinary, and was not working when we checked in and had to ask for a replacement. Bath/wc was normal, we had to use the mug/bucket for toilet purpose, and top of it there were cockroaches in the room. Nothing more to say. The bed sheets were just ordinary, there were scars on the pillow cover...

The hotel was excellent and staff was very co-operative. The services provided by them were awesome.

Overall ok but service is so average.

Pallavi International is a old hotel and its visible. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant was good. However the television and air-conditioner werenÂ’t in the best of shape. With some renovation and update this would be a good hotel. Overall a good experience.

Rooms- 1. No cross ventilation 2. Inadequate room lights - difficult to read even a newspaper in the room 3. Room service - Standard much below expectation 4. And many more negative points.
