Room was fine, but had ants crawling on the table. Phone was un answered at times for room service, TV reception was unclear

The hotel was fine, however there were few things that definitely need immediate attention.

At first I was anxious to book the hotel but going in a budget tour I am very satisfied. Room was good, there was buffet breakast which was very good. They gave us daily newspaper also

hotel de palaceo gr8 location unless u hv vechiles, rooms are spaciour and well maintained. Panaji market is also in the near vicinity. Recommended for next time trip....

Our stay in hotel was for 5 days & it was nice experience. Room condition was good clean & neat room service was also good. House keeping person attended us within 4-5 min food was also best we never tasted food like that in whole Goa. Every person in hotel was suportive friendly we will definetly visit again & we also recommends this hotel is best place to stay in Goa

This hotels looks fine from outside and also corridors are elegant. But when we entered the room, it was poorly maintained. TV was not working, noisy AC and unhygienic towels were provided. All this was OK for the amount they charged but the most disturbing fact was - they offered us complimentary breakfast in one designated area of the premises. We had invited some local guest at the time of breakfast, We asked the hotel staff to charge for the same in our bill. At this point the hotel policy as per staff was that - only hotel guest can eat in the designated breakfast area and if you have local / non staying guest they must go to other restaurant area in the same hotel. We found this very ridiculous and insulting right in front of local guest. The people who were visiting to us were local Goan, who were totally astonished finding this rude culture by their fellow localite hotel staff who were enough arrogant. We checked out of hotel immediately.

Full value of money. Great hotel, good staffs, good foods...rooms are really good...but do not know why Non A/c room photos are not uploaded on net by hotel management......really worthy...RECOMMENDED.

Well maintained with polite receptionist ( Rasheed) who guided our tour & looked after our needs.
