Pagoda Suites Reviews, Hyderabad

It was my first visit to Hyderabad and given the fact that Hyderabad roads have very little or almost no signboards; the hotel receptionist guided me all the way from the railway station to the hotel with great help. I was happy that the service started even before I arrived. I almost arrived by lunch time and since it was a service apartment, I asked if they could provide me a meal as you need to inform at least a couple of hours in advance if you need one. Again, I was provided with a nice hot tasty meal. The room was in excellent condition and the location of the hotel is also great. Its just 5 min walk from the main road where auto rickshaws are readily available. Also, the hotel has a gym though a small one with 3-4 equipment. I had a good stay and would definitely recommend this given the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The worst hotel.

Everything is fine except the hot water problem.

Following +ve & -ve aspects of the hotel Pagoda Suites have been experienced by me during 6 nights stay: Positive: • 24hr service of the hotel. • All the staffs are efficient and pose very good behaviour. • Timeliness as well as promptness of service. • Additional facilities are provided for the patient without any extra charge: providing boiling water, extra pillows, even changing room in any intermediate time of the staying period in case patient feels discomfort with the room position. • 24hr unlimited internet facility without any additional charge. • Refrigerator and Micro-oven facilities have been provided which was not mentioned in time of booking • Regular cleaning of all the rooms and toilet with soaps, detergents, and phenyls Negative: • Suite with 3 beds was booked, but they don’t have any triple bed room. They added only one additional pillow in a double bed room to convert it into triple bed room. • Rooms are not specious enough. • Too many wardrobes squeezed room space. • Bed sheets and pillow covers are not changed regularly. • Door locks are quite problematic. • Value of money regarding food was very poor • Ventilation of toilet is not well. • Inverter facility was available for the bed room of the suite only, and that also for fan and light only not for the ac. • No inverter facility even in the bath room. • Location of the hotel is horrible at present as construction work is going on in the north and south of the hotel. • Hotel is little bit far from the Madhapur main road

Situated in a peaceful location. Staff, very cooperative. Two things need improvement food-quality of food was good but menu should change frequently & lift services (self closing door) required.

The requirement, if limited to a stay with decent staff and silent ambience and at a low rate, then this is the best available from all I have experienced.

Hotel service is excellent. But the Hotel is little far from the main road.

Hotel rooms and services are good.

The hotel is average. The access to the hotel is not good, in the sense that the road is bumpy. Overall the hotel and service was fine.
