Pagoda Resort Reviews, Allepey

This is one of the biggest and oldest resorts in Allepey. They offer house boat accommodation and variety of Ayurveda massage. Food Room service is slow and takes about 45 minute.

The place is nicely located. The service is good and the resort is well maintained. Nice value for money.

Pagoda is a value for money place. People visiting there for a comfortable stay will be dissapointed. It offers you complementary swimming pool access and gym but I am not sure if someone has time to access that between 7 Am to 7 Pm (which is the stipulated time). After all, you are in Alleppey for sight-seeing, not to be in the hotel at that time. Bathrooms are ok, hot water only flows between 6-10am and 6-10pm. Breakfast was nominal, not great. The other hotels we stayed in gave the best options (a light way of saying that the breakfast here was worst of all with very thin sambar and no milk on the offer. They had fruity in place of some fresh juice). I would recommend this place to someone who is just looking to spend a night in 1K bucks. Other stuff is just unusable. The reception was also not that welcoming and the personnel was a bit straight-forward. The shampoo and moisturizer was pathetic, that our pet will also refuse to use it. Our rating 2.5 / 5

It was a wonderful experience staying in Pagoda. Staff were very gentle, well behaved and helpful. We reached morning at 7 AM , the hotel check in time was 12pm. They allowed us 3 hours early check-in and didn't charge anything . That was so kind as we were very tired. The resort was fully loaded with restaurant , bar , massage centre , swimming pool , health club , open area , sit our, garden , children play area. The location of the resort is very good which is near to boat jetty , beach ,bust stand , railway station , all are available in a radius of 4 KM.

Good value for money.

I booked 02 standard rooms in this hotel & trust me the rooms were stinking so badly & hotel manager Nitin was so incooperative. He was not listening to us on anything. Breakfast quality was so bad. My recommendation is not to book this hotel at any cost(even at free of cost)

Had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room. The reception staffs were adamant, rooms are below standard, toilet was not cleaned properly, Ayurvedic center is the worst of its kind, just cheating.
