Since it is close to the airport travelers don't have to worry about those infamous traffic jams on Siliguri Bagdogra highway. The rooms are sized comfortably and the decor is contemporary. Most importantly a backup generator ensures that you don't suffer from frequent power outages in Bagdogra. A good value for money for a night stay after a full day's work or travel.

The Orbit hotel is very well situated for all people using the airport of Bagdogra, you reach the hotel within 10 minutes, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Check in was fluent and so was the check out. The food was good. A bigger choice of drinks could be recommended as it is not so easy for a foreign traveller to know where to find but the hotel staff is very helpful to get the requested drinks. Wi-Fi is not always available and very slow. The hotel is situated on the third floor and at the backside of a building, there’s no noise to hear from the busy street, luckily. In the neighborhood of the hotel there's not much to see or happening. The nearest place to go is a brand new shopping mall, Singaporean style about 30 minutes drive with the local tuk tuk-bus, a real experience., I recommend this hotel to all people as the start of a wonderful discovering of West Bengal.
