A very quaint hotel and located in the midst of a tea garden, the view from the hotel premises is excellent. The rooms are comfortable as well, but the bathrooms are small and congested. Staying here, you will be cut off from the rest of the worldÂ…now that could be a boon and a fiasco both! The services in the hotel look very enterprising in the beginning, but somehow it fizzles out in the course of the stay. But everyone is very friendly here and will go out of their way to help you out.

The place was around 4kms away from the town, in the midst of tea fields at a good height, making the air fresher and the drive worth it. You could make the price tag on the meals more pocket friendly.

Most of facilities advertised on the hotel website and on MakeMyTrip were not available. The gymnasium was closed and was being used as a store room. Staff reported that gym was closed for renovation however I did not notice any renovation in progress. Gym had been converted into a store. Pool table, Table tennis etc advertised on the site were not available. Hotel was 8 Km from the city and away from any sightseeing place. There were many better hotels available closer to the city. Hot water in the room gave constant problems. Each room is fitted with individual gas geysers. These were a constant source of annoyment. Every morning room service had to be called two or three times. Inspite of this hot water would stop while you were in the middle of bath. Cable TV was not available for one and half days during our visit. Now a days when even panwallas accept credit cards it was surprising that hotel was unable to accept credit card payments. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their entire business is based on good maketing on the net. There are lot of better options available in Munnar.

The hotel experience was nice and it was value for money.

The hotel was well maintained but the food was bad.
