Service need to be improved considerably.

Though the hotel staff is nice people I found certain lack of professionalism. To begin with there was no system of interaction of the guests with the hotel staff before arrival at the hotel. Hotel room is nice though. Room services such as cleaning of room, change of linen, towels etc. were to be reminded on daily basis which was frustrating. Probably too much oil and spices were added to make the food great, but the effort was the opposite. I found most of the items were too spicy and oily to be good. However I found the starters nice. I feel room was overcharged compared to other similar hotels. Lastly though I was assured payment by card, I could not pay by card due to "no dial tone" for the device. Had it not been for my wife's cash I would have stranded there and also missed my bus on return journey.
