The hotel is at best location. Hotel is very clean and maintained very well. Staff is very co-operative. Swimming pool is maintained very well and very clean. They also arrange traditional folk song and dance at dinner time. Food is good compare to other restaurant outside. For pure veg people, there are many pure veg restaurant near to hotel. We can hire bike at the gate of hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Best thing is that it is a budget hotel. Overall my experience in this hotel is extraordinary.

Well the hotel is inside a lane ad itÂ’s dark and difficult to locate the hotel. The room size is small for a 3 star property. Food is fine. We were asked to check out at 10 am only whereas the voucher says 11 am. Had some issues with that. Staff is well mannered. Only good for short stays.

Pros.- The hotel provided the rate inclusive items without hesitation. Wifi was free, arranged for the free trip to condolim beach and also arranged for the pickup from airport without exaggerated charge. Food was good but costly. Hotel was well maintained, clean. The hotel staff was co operative and served well. Cons- The three stars for the hotel are probably due to the swimming pool. In general the hotel seems to be two stars. The ambient of the restaurant was bad just like any local road side restaurant. It had plastic modeled chairs producing high noise the customers moved the chairs. The hotel should improve it as usually the day starts with the visit to the restaurant.They should make the customers energetic with good music, fresh environment and lot more. Over all,it was good stay.

It was a nice hotel and we loved our trip a lot. All the beaches were closer from the hotel. Cab facility was there at the hotel. I'll rate it 4.5/5 .

The Hotel was good. The restaurant in the hotel was really good as well with quality food. But the room was stinking with vomit smell esp in the cupboard. I did not use that cupboard at all. Apart from that i did not have any other issues with the Hotel.
