Although we booked for non air-conditioner room, but were told that upgradation is possible to air-conditioned room by paying the difference. It was agreed but to our dismay the size of room with service area and size /condition of air-conditioner didnÂ’t match. Whole night went restless. We cursed and thought of sticking to original booking of non air-conditioner accommodation suggested by MakeMyTrip. We fail to understand why hotel management is not visualising that itÂ’s not only size of rooms but living comforts are more important. One good thing is absolute neat clean and delicious food. Hope hotel management shall take note of it and improve so that value for money can be brought to users.
