Pros: 1.Very good location. 2.Very big Tree House. 3. Sophisticated rooms. 4.Very courteous people. 5.Safe and secure. 6.Best non-Kerala food in Kerala. Cons: 1. Slightly costlier. 2. The journey from Munnar to the resort is very uncomfortable for kids and aged people. 3. Coffee and tea served are good.
