Overall the service is okay. Service are good except they are not organizing any event. In that case, restaurant service are pathetic. Hotel staff are very helpful and cordial willing to help. Can stay there.

Beautiful location away from the maddening crowd, stunning silence, whispering waves, flushh greenery, surprisingly good food. I would love to come here again!!

We had booked Nanu as a stop gap arrangement, so it was just the room minus frills for us (2 senior citizens, 2 children below 5 and a couple). The rooms smelt of fresh paint and many rooms were under renovation, it was a little weird to be surrounded by so much mess. This was the flipside. On the upside, the linen was clean, room service prompt and friendly, restaurant well equipped and gardens and lawns well manicured and well kept. We visited during off season, maybe that's why the negatives. Over all it was a decent experience. And yes, it's pretty close to the beach. As a budget option it's well recommended.

The hotel is located at Betal batim beach which is very quiet and not a tourist destination. Colva beach is within walking distance where one can enjoy water sports etc. So staying at Nanu serves dual purpose of being at a quiet place as also having the advantages of water sports etc. at nearby Colva beach which is within walking distance. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was good. The cook serves really delicious food. The Kerala Ayurvedic spa was good. Over all we had a great experience thanks to MAKE MY TRIP and the management of NANU RESORT.

It is a very nicely located resort, right by the beach. The ambiance is good. The staff was courteous. Food is good. It is good value for money.
