Failed to provide minimum acceptable Bottled Mineral water in the room. This was never expected from them. Location view-wise is very good but too far from Munnar town.Insects entered from the gap between the door and the floor. Food was good.Gym lacked any Cardio/Aerobic Equipments. This was a big blow again.

This was my first trip to this hotel we checked in on 14th June and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is a paradise on earth the views from the room and the scenic site from the hotel restaurant was fabulous. The hotel was Crystal clean and dust free. The service was excellent , we had a fun time in the swimming pool which is also located near the restaurant . the recreation center which had carom with TT was fun we played badminton . Food was extra ordinary with lots of choice and desserts. The hotel arranged small party time on the independence day which was fun. AFTER LONG TIME WE ENJOYED A LOT ON THIS PARADISE ON EARTH MOUNTAIN CLUB – MUNNAR

The Hotel was very neatly maintained. The staff was very courteous and the general ambience was very good. The food was excellent. The Hotel can improve on the room service (we had to remind them a couple of times about the service we had requested!). A Library will be a good addition as also a walking trek. All in all, I am satisfied.

It was a terrible experience. The hotel location is far away from the city which makes you dependent on hotel staff. The staff is rude and non cooperative. The room condition is shabby. It was only after repeated request and raising hue and cry that we could get manager to intervene to make things a little better. We had a planned stay of 3 nights but had to check out due to above mentioned situations after 2 nights only. The hotel is in no way a 4 or 5 start. We would not recommend it to anyone.

First of all do not get your expectations high thinking you are going to stay in a 5 star hotel. To me it is not a 5 star. Maybe a 3 star. Its not in a good location, there is no view of the beautiful tea plantations or the valley that you see in the hotel pictures if you are staying in a single cottage. Some of the family cottages might be able to see it. The manager at the time of our check in was good and after expressing our unhappiness he was kind enough to upgrade us to a family cottage. Bottom line you are paying too much for this hotel. I would look somewhere else.

The buffet could improve and the package should include the fireplace.

A good hotel, offering pleasant stay and is a gourmet delight. The property is vast, necessitating transportation within. A good package overall.
