The hotel and service was excellent. I wish the bath linen was softer, it was very hard should have been soft. The rooms on the side of the Tycoons , which I was given,were noisy with the booming music from the restaurant late into the night.

Our stay at Minerva Grand was very comfortable. The rooms were very neat & clean and the rest room was also very clean and hygeinic. The staff were professional and courteous. The food at the coffee shop was excellent. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Excllent hotel with good ambience in a good shopping location. But no travel desk to fix up car rentals and the food is average. Overall it's a good experience.
