Hotel is fine. Room service is very slow. We wanted cups to make tea, I had to ask 5X and waited over an hour.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff are very courteous. The complimentary Breakfast was really good. Best bet for a comfortable stay at very minimal cost.

Hotel has to improve housekeeping. No 3 star standard. Bathrooms are not clean and towels to be bleached. Dusting of wardrobes to improve. Rest is fine.

Reception clerks on duty when I arrived did not greet me or even look at me while checking me in, but talked only between themselves. Other staff were more friendly & somewhat mitigated my very negative impression of the place. The buffet breakfast was not up to expectations, and I had to request coffee several times before receiving any. Laundry & room service were acceptable.
