Room was very spacious for 3 of us, it was clean and teak wood furnishings looked good. We only had issues with turning on the TV, although they were prompt to send a technician to look into it, he managed to rectify it and after a while we still had issues, didnt' bother to look further as we were only staying for a night. My parents had appam and chicken curry and absolutely loved the food, breakfast was good too.

The hotel is really amazing.The value for money was met. The service is too good.The room is awesome.

Considering it is Govt run, it is better than other govt. run hotels, if not very good. Location is excellent, however their F & B is over priced, probably due to free usage by staff. Need more proffessional management to make it perfect and get the employees out of "typical govt shelter".

I stayed at the hotel with my mother who is 84 and was very happy with the experience. The location is excellent and the services were provided with a smile.

When I checked in, the bathroom did not had towels or toiletries. This was immediately rectified after it was brought to the attention of the hotel staff.

It is an excellent hotel. Given the fact it a PSU establishment, it runs very professionally. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and equipped with the latest technologies. The staff is courteous and the quality of food is good, with a blend of local, Indian and global food varieties. One can definitely recommend and stay a comfortable night.

Very good staff. I had requested for a packed breakfast since I had an early morning flight, I got this service promptly. Otherwise also the service and reception staff are very warm and receptive. The rooms are very well maintained. I do not find any flaw in the hotel what-so-ever. They could reduce their room rates since it is on a much higher side compared to other properties in Thiruvananthapuram.
