The hotel was very centrally located in Patna close to the station and in a place well known to everyone. There were some good restaurants also in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms too were very spacious and clean. The staff at the floor level was very helpful too, The staff at the reception though was quite unhelpful. Food at the restaurant is not too good. While rooms were clean and bed was good, rooms were not getting cleaned everyday, neither were towels or soap being replaced and you had to keep asking for it which was a bit painful. Also rooms were not being cleaned everyday unless asked for so for a stay of 8 nights, it was painful
