The hotel seemed to be unable to manage so many people at a time. The food taste was not really palatable. They probably need to keep a better chef. Even the room looked like not to have undergone maintenance for quiet some time.

Excellent grounds and landscape - and that is all. The hotel - it seems had seen its better days years ago. It has signs of a government owned hotel that is waiting for its demise.

The sprawling campus was truly magnificient. But the effect was spoilt by the shoddy upkeep, shabby linen and indifferent quality of food. The staff were helpful but they could do with a bit of professional grooming in keeping with the expectations from hotel. This is more so as the tariff is perhaps the highest in the town.

I had high expectations from this hotel based on the information published on it's website, but my actual experience at the hotel fell considerably short of my expectations. The main issue with the hotel has poor quality of service (especially at the restaurant), very high food charges compared to the quality and the quantity delivered and unsatisfactory condition of the hotel infrastructure with respect to the publicity of the hotel. I have lived in five star hotels as well as budget hotels around the world, so I don't have a problem with high costs for accomodation and food, but the value for the money you pay is far below acceptable levels. E.g. the lunch buffet costs 450 Rs + taxes, but the restaurant has very poor ambience, poor service levels and they don't even offer a finger bowl after you are done. The location of the hotel is good, and the general size of the property is impressive, but most of the facilities are not operational e.g. swimming pool, and the table tennis tables.

It was overcrowded, hence the quality was somehow not satisfied.
