Not satisfactory .

The room is very dirty, there is no room service available .

it is the very nice hotel and i also preferred to suggest to my friend and family member aslo

Good budget hotel. Very courteous and responsible staff. Good support and liaison for sight seeing tours.

Hotel was good but room service was not good. Staff was superb. Location is also good but not walking distance from Calangute beach.

The hotel is well placed in calangute. However we were confused with the "breakfast included"!!! you have to order your breakfast (very limited...you cannot order the American breakfast as it has a canned juice, which need to be paid for......come on I have never heard of anything ridiculous as this..have you?)...... Had to pay for the butter and jam as it was not included in the toast menu (everyone can afford to pay for that .....But what was the logic I dont understand)!!!!!

The restaurant in the hotel was too small with very little choice of food items.
