The lifts smell bad..they stink. The guys at the reception don't know their responsibilties.

Hotel rooms are good, staff is also decent but the facilities provided are not good. Travel desk is pathetic, don't know how to talk to guest. No water in the toilet pot after complaint also. When there is hot water in the taps than there is no cold water and vice- versa.

We got very nice river view from our hotel, service was good, and everything is new and well maintained. So we are amongst the highly satisfied user of this hotel.
