1. Food was good 2. No internet facilities were available despite the claims 3. The condition of exra bed mattress was awful. 4. Restricted hours for hot water create a problem in the morning. Since the guests have to go for safari early in the morning, hot water should be made available. 5. Swimming pool water was very dirty.
