Old hotel,badly maintained.

The room wasn't tidy. The bedsheets and towels were filthy. Room service guys took ages to show up.

They provided a room as if it was charity. Rest rooms were awfully bad, hot water supply bad, if you want to stay in reception after requesting many times lights were not switched on.
