Toilet was not so clean.

ZERO room service. I asked for drinking water at night and the attended guided me to the tap on the terrace where I can get water from. Dont be fooled by the star ratings, Maneck residency is just another overpriced lodge in ooty. Staff is uncooperative and tends to argue over little things. Sheets and water in bathroom were unclean and I ended up catching skin allergy due to this. Please drop your holiday plan if rooms are unavailable in ooty but dont consider this as an option.

They tried to put us in an ordinary room first. When I protested they allotted a super deluxe room. No water from the time we checked in (2.30 pm) till night (9.00 pm or so. No restaurant at all. Service was very poor. Room was not cleaned even after telling them. Worst is they were demanding money for the complimentary breakfast provided.
