Mandiram Palace - Heritage Boutique hotel Reviews, Udaipur

The hotel was not quite what we expected. There is a lot of maintenance work in progress. The rooms are not maintained. The washrooms were a big turn off. The location doesn't offer any views of the lake and entails a bit of a walk to reach the other side of the lake where all the action is. We cannot however fault the hotel for its service as we were guided well and felt very much at ease. We are thankful to the staff and particularly to Singh Saab who was a one man army, taking care of everything including catering, and housekeeping. There are a number of good quality hotels nearby and many more are mushrooming around. It would be in the best interests of Mandiram Palace to get their act together and ensure top quality infrastructure for their guests. We wish the owners all the very best.

Quiet, on the lakeshore opposite to the centre of the city, 10-15 minute walk.
