This hotel was excellent in the comfort of the rooms and the bed. The staff bent over backwards in trying to make our stay wonderful. Regardless of the help we sought, there was always that smile and a determination to meet our needs. We stayed in another hotel in a distant town, and it was like coming back to the palace. We had wonderful showers, towels, tv, desk, eating area, etc. We grew to love the staff with their warm reception. They provided us with a taxi driver able to resolvle our worst nightmare of getting a train to Rajamundry. I cannot put into words what this meant to our whole trip. It was like a ton of bricks off my back because I had to make the 8 hour trip to Rajamundry to have my reason for coming to India fulfilled. I never saw any person work so hard to get this resolved for us.

I am very happy with the recommendation of MakeMyTrip, this is the second time. The first was Tiger Hill Resort, Nashik. Mandava Suites is a very good place for homely stay. I didn't expect a Suite room and with excellent amenities. Though it is off the main road, the hospitality of staff makes up for it. I was dropped by hotel car to the main road when I wished it. I wish this was a longer trip.

All in all, a very good experience at Mandava Suites. The rooms are almost like apartment houses. They are tastefully done-very practical, functional and elegant without being flashy. Good value for money.

The hotel is located near Hi-Tech City, not far from the main hub. The rooms are excellent and the facilities are too good. The room facilities have been provided very thoughtfully. After all, how often you find an iron and an ironing board in your room. They have a studio room kind of accommodation with very reasonable pricing. Hotel provides cabs on demand too. Food was nice, though bit less variety in buffet breakfast.

As a single lady traveller who had not visited this hotel earlier, I had my share of doubts about the safety, comfort and ease of commuting from this place. At the end of my 3 nights stay here, I can put my doubts to rest! Though not very plush or uber-cool when it comes to ambience, Mandava Suites meets all essential parameters of a comfortable, clean & pleasant hotel stay. There is scope to better the restaurant both in terms of food and ambience but the service is courteous and prompt. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with coffee machine, good crockery, refrigerator, internet connection and more. It is very conveniently located - tucked away from the busy main road but only a short walk away from it. There are ample transport options available too. Opting to stay at this place worked well for me and I would recommend it - especially for business travellers.

I reached the hotelk in the midnight. I called up for direction but no one picked. When i reached , they said that the phone was dead.

Mandava Suites provides great value for money. It is neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. Just carry a location map as there are no directions/signboards to reach hotel. Only one telephone number mentioned on portal, which is unreachable/busy most time. Once you reach destination, it is wonderful place to stay.

It is a nice hotel with good facilities. However there are two drawbacks. 1) It's location is very difficult to find. Nobody in that area was aware of its existence. 2) There is a lot of construction going around the hotel. So weird noises keep coming throughout the day.

It has got lots of space for the price I paid of Rs 2350/-. But maintenance is poor. I had to ask for basics like towel, soap etc. Also, it's difficult to find this hotel and there are no directions on the main road, which is the Hi-Tech City Road!!! No one around has heard about it either. Make sure you know the exact location. Otherwise, excellent value for money.

Hotel interior view ok. But the house keeping is poor. All the utensils are old and so much salt formation on spoons and sinks. Service ok but comfort wise poor.

Located almost 18 km from the heart of the city, this building is amongst many working men/women hostels in a residential colony with lots of stray dogs who keep you awake all night. Commutation remaining major problem and all tourist places too quite distant! They never have more than 1 person to triple up as a sweeper, housekeeper and bell boy while all our needs are to be routed through the reception alone! The breakfast is served in a room on the roof with a make-shift kitchen in the open with a dirty curtain as the divider and bed sheets to clean the utensils. There was no bread for 3 out of 4 days and only one south Indian item + eggs (missing again sometimes), so called juice (available 2 days) and whole breakfast counted within 3-4 items including tea and coffee. Exhaust in the bath was non-functional, so do the cordless and two bulbs were fuse; all got repaired by self while towels were always in short supply awaiting the laundry guy the next morning.
