To start with, me and wife decided for a long weekend getaway to Igatpuri. The first hotel that came to my Mind was Manas Resorts. However, the day we reached it all started with utter disappointment the hotel rooms were shabby, the door locks were all jammed a lot of pressure had to be applied to open the door using the key. The rooms had some weird stinking smell. The games in the games room need total makeover, the TT table looked as if it was a big dinning table, the games room closes at 9:00pm not sure why. The buffet lunch and breakfast served in the hotel was pathetic, absolutely no value for money. However, the A la Carte had good choice and the quality was okay. Though if you look at the value for money then I would say it still requires improvement. The best dish in A La Carte was the barbeque chicken, everyone should try it. The hotel needs a total makeover if they want to sustain the quality of people traveling and staying with them, I do not see any value for money that I Paid and request the hotel to take some serious action and get their resort to the next level.

The hotel rooms are pretty well maintained. Especially considering heavy rainfall at the place.

Front office staff can be a little more courteous, especially when they have genuinely aggrreived customer at the opposite end.
