Its good.

It is a nice hotel at an awesome location. Rooms are tidy; washrooms are also nice but need a little more improvement. Staff is nice but do not care to maintain a smile on their lips. Over-all, a good value for money.

They are providing internet & WiFi free of cost,which is excellent.Service & location of the hotel amongst best.Only Laguna with the hotel they could have improved the condition of the room a bit.

Location is centralized and provides excellent approach to business area. But the check-in was a problem. I could get my booked room after 24 hours and I had to make do with alternative non a/c. room for 24 hours. But overall I would say good value for money.

Excellent location, near to central railway, Marina Beach, Mount Road, etc. Morning 6.30 you are woken for tea coffee even if you do not want. Even if you order still it continues. Hot water not available 24hrs but only on requests. Coming to the good. All others are good. Location, Travel service is just downstairs and is good. Good veg & Non veg restaurants nearby. Market is next road. Corridors are clean even though not well lit. Overall if you have to stay there with family and have to spend lot of time in hotel do not go for this. But if very long time stay in hotel if you can adjust the service, perfect hotel. VALUE for money is there because at this rate in Chennai it difficult to get.
