Location of the hotel is excellent. Service quality is satisfactory.

The hotel was not good and also the behaviors of the staff was so rude.

First of all,let me say thet MakeMyTrip is indeed the best portal for planning your vacation.It gives you an honest profile of hotels of your choice and offers reasonable rates.Also,reviews like these are also really helpful.Now,coming to my stay at Main Olde Bellevue at Darjeeling,I must first say that it fitted my requirements as it is situated at the very heart of the Mall in Darjeeling.The hotel is a heritage one,so one should not expect too much of luxury or modern furnitures.However,the rooms are quite big and so is the attached bathroom.Hot water is available except in case of severe power failures.Hygiene is okay.I stayed there with my family in second week of May during the peak tourist season.There is no room service except for tea & coffee.However,that is not a problem as all restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.They also provide extra blankets for no extra charge.Vehicles can't go upto the hotel,so one has to take porter for luggage.Overall,it is good hotel.

No doubt the hotel is located in the prime area and is well located. The drawback is only the room service.

The situation of the hotel is good. But no room service or food is available. Very badly maintained. Recommend not to stay.

While booking we had done booking in old main Bellevue heritage, but they gave us room in new wing by saying heritage wing is in renovation in that case they should have told us this before. Service was okay no professionalism at all.

I was provided a room (No. 7) in the old Heritage wing. Location wise it is superb. But as per service quality it is the worst hotel, I have ever booked. I stayed there for 3 nights and there was no room service, even no one is there to bring drinking water. Whatever you need, you have to purchase it from market by your own. At request they can bring you some limited things, like bottled water but with an extra charge which is actually almost double of the cost of the product. There was no room service for three days, I had my 10 month old daughter with me, so i needed some hot water for her feeding, but i did not get. Even there was no waste basket in the bathroom where i can put the used diapers of my baby. So, in one word, the hotel is not suitable for any family person. So the hotel is recommended for only those, who can enjoy the beautiful mountain with empty stomach, no room service and like to live in a dirty room & bathroom.

Stayed with my wife for 2 days.Excellent location, right on Chowrasta.Nothing compares to the view from the room.The windows are so wide that one can also soak in the sunlight.The rooms are impecceably clean.Chandra maam actually went out of her way to help us.Would love to stay again.Would also like to appreciate a prompt & warm mail that I received from Sidhharth, the owner when I wanted a direct confirmation of my booking from the hotel. Services were above standard.

Located at Chowrasta the mall, the best location in darjeeling. Very near to all market places and very good view of Kanchenjunga. Visited with family of four myself my spouse and two kids and the stay was great experiance. Intially I was taken the new wing however later I was upgraded to the heritage wing and it was awesome experiance .

Room service is very poor.
