Choose the hotel second time and found same level of satisfaction again. Staffs were very nice and has smile on their face.

Hotel is nice but front staff need to be fast.

This was the second time I stayed in Mahagun Sarovar portico. Overall I found this is the best hotel to be in if you are in the east Delhi area. I had a few meetings in Ghaziabad and this was just the right place. It has proximity to both ISBT and railway station. The rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous. The in room dining experience was superb. In fact since the hotel is just adjacent to Mahagun mall, it was great for a business traveller like me. With a movie multiplex next door. I was able to watch the dark knight. Overall wonderful experience with the hotel.

Undoubtenly Hotel is very good, as per international standard except entry and exit point.

Great hotel conveniently located near Vaishali metro station attached to a mall. The service, food, everything is great. I would recommend to anyone traveling near Ghaziabad or even Delhi for that matter. The only problem i had was the Spa. The therapy provided there was not good at all considering the prices... Apart from that, everything is great. Good staff, good food, great service. A great hotel, value for money.

From the moment we checked in till we checked out, we were greeted at every step and made comfortable with even minor things. Maintenance done is very well. What I loved was the location of it being in a mall, very much in the midst of all the action. The restaurant had some capable hands working, which made sure to serve proper food even though we were always late for breakfast, we were taken care of. Thank you to all from the top management to the down security guard. It was well spent money.
