The villa and plantation cottages at the hotel located amidst the coffee plantation provide a fantastic experience. The view from the villa is magnificent. The hotel can improve on is the food that is served.

Nice Cottages in the middle of coffee plantation. Spacious and neatly maintained rooms. Manager – Praveen was very helpful and acted on the requests immediacy. Food quality and variety can be improved. Nice place to escape from work.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. There is absolutely no room service which needs to be initiated.

Hotel is a paradise in forest.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were good. The choice of the food can improve. The hospitality was good. The club house available was good for adults. The children's play area where we can engage them was missing.

Loved the location. The road to it (SH 90) was pathetic. But the hotel is well maintained. Has a lake nearby for fishing. Nagerhole national park is not too far away as well. Great staff. Only problems are the cold temp at night and the insects/ lizards. But the room is HUGE and spacious. Must go!

The general condition of the property and the location are very good. I have been making several booking via Make My Trip recently - as I have two kids I am always charged extra upfront unless its a cottage / suite. However, this time I booked a cottage and the site didn't charge me extra for the kids. However, the hotel insisted I have to pay 1500 for the extra bed. This is unacceptable - I would like to know the full room charges upfront when making a decision.

Good Location, No Room Service, Limited Food Options for an above average price, South Indian Cusines were good and well prepared, Courteous staff, Hotel Tariff rates on higher side.

The hotel is ok in general, though the choices on the menu were quite limited. Whatever what was available was really good. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel location is not ideal though, especially if one is with their children.
