Hotel is located very much near to temple, the service provided by the hotel was satisfactory.

Location is very good. Neat rooms and toilet.

Food quality was poor and available only with restricted time.

The hotel is located in a congested area and the approach roads are narrow and crowded. Green surroundings and ample parking area will be most desirable.

Very good staff, courteous and friendly. Good location at the city center

Trip trough was good. We unfortunately forgot our bag consisting of camera, cell chargers. Thanks to the boy's to handover bag in counter. Finally they returned us only chargers not camera this we felt very bad on hotel staff & owner.

Phone (landline) in our room was not working (it is only working when i catch the joints in the cable wire of landline), it means there was loose contact, it was already connected with some tapes. From afternoon there was some problem with Tap in the bathroom. Unless we gave a complaint they even didn't check. After we gave a complaint they came and repaired it. There was not much items in the food provided in the hotel restaurant. Very less options to order. So, we tried only once for lunch. And dinner we went outside and had. Only advantage we felt is that it is near to Meenakshi temple (which we can go and come as many times as we can) because it is walkable distance.
