We injoyed two days in the hotel. Location of the hotel is excellent. Hotel is clean and staffs are supportive. Its a good budget hotel, value for money.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the popular Bagga Beach also all the other famous beaches of north goa...viz anjuna, candolim, calangute are very nearby. the hotel is a full value for money budget hotel. The staffs were very polite and the services were excellent too.....The hotel cafeteria and the pool is also well maintained...all in all a very pleasing experience...

Everything about the hotel is good ,spacious room,neat and clean,homely atmosphere,the best part is under budget hotel and very near to baga beach.Try it.

A very good hotel near to Baaga beach. Its walkable to Tittos Disc and the Baaga beach. The swimming pool of the hotel and the Bar side by the pool is very relaxing. The staff were very polite and the food inside the Hotel Bar was too good. The location is the best part of this hotel. You don't need to walk long distance to get Car & Bike rent or breakfast or getting open petrol for your vehicle.

The Hotel staff were not able to direct us the location of the hotel, initially they didnt pick the call. TV was not working, there was no mirror in the room.

When we reach at hotel there was no one at reception. This is the first hotel in my life I found that reception/front desk works only during 11am - 8pm. Later, I was told that there is no room available. Later they arrange accommodation at nearby other hotel that was very low grade. Neither the room nor the room service was satisfactory. There was some problem with AC just after running for 4-5 min. completely switched off again after 2-3 min starts. And before getting some cooling again gets switched off. Room fan was also too noisy. They were least bother about any complain and was telling that you are staying for only 1 day (so accommodate like this only). There was no room service, only one person was at restaurant area he was trying his best to serve all the guests of the hotel. Overall it was a horrible experience visiting with family.

The only positive point about the hotel is its location. It is very near to Baga Beach and Tito's. Other than that, everything is hopeless!! Service is pathetic. We had to ask several times for a soap. Room was not cleaned. Most of the time you will not find anyone in reception. On top of everything we didn't get complementary breakfast although it was written in our booking voucher. We could not find anyone from management to clarify this. If you are just looking for a room to keep your bags and sleep at night then it is OK. Not at all good for families.

Its the worst place I have ever stayed in by any standards. I would have been better of staying in any of the small places with 'To Let' signs on them. I don't understand how this place can justify the amount they charge for a room with 2 beds, a tv and an unplugged rotting fridge. There were mosquitoes the size of bees and no repellant in the room. Probably a detention centre would have better ambiance. Ridiculous!! Wat are the 2 stars for?

Rooms are clean and neat. Television and refrigerator are not working. Intercom and water heater are not available. Near to famous beaches like Calangute etc. You don't find anyone at the reception after you check in and until you check out. Drinking water is not available.

The hotel is good if the budget is low or you are with friends and will be freaking around and need a place to rest and change at night only. The reception will never have any one to attend you and service is not good at all. Though the rooms are very clean and spacious and airy. The swimming pool is great too. The bar attendent is friendly and you can talk to him regarding anything. One more thing is never rent a bike from the vendor just outside the hotel. They will suck your blood even after taking money. Rest the location is excellent with pubs and beaches all around in 200-300 meters. Breakfast was too meagre. 3 slices of toast, juice and tea/coffee only. Omlette extra will charge Rs.60.
