The hotel is very beautiful with combination of old Goan charm and modern facilities. The biggest attraction of the hotel is its big and well maintained swimming pool. The room that we had was small but at that price it was quite reasonable. Restaurant quality and prices were also very reasonable. I would recommend this place if you prefer quiet place with a rustic feel.

Have more scope on service improvement. Need more man power. Nice, quite property , location away from visiting places, with limited traveling options.

The environment of the hotel was good. Location is very good. the vagator,baga,calinguit & anjuna beaches are very near from the hotel. The service at hotel was good. Staff is co-operative.

Hotel was good. As renovation was going on, so the room was not in proper condition.AC was not working, TV having no remote. Except that room was good and value for money. Swimming pool was great.

The hotel location is okay but the rooms are not at all good. We booked a garden view room and the room was very small. There was ac but no blanket, no water and sheets were not very clean. The bed was creaking and bathrooms were not good at all. The room was so small leaving no space for movement. There was no room service available. Every time we had to walk to the reception if we needed anything including drinking water. We had to talk to the management about changing the room, which they did but the room was only a tad bit better. Food was good and not that expensive. But we had complimentary breakfast that gave us no choice but to order one continental and one Indian breakfast. Continental breakfast contained 2 breads with butter and one small portion of water melon juice and Indian had just one aloo parantha. We were given no choice and had to stick to the same breakfast for the entire length of our visit. The service was okay and staff was cordial but comfort level was very less. I would not recommend this hotel for the price one will be paying.

The hotel was ok. Food was the best part. Bathroom did not have anything to hang clothes. There were less of lights in the room.
