Lotus Beach Resort Reviews, Goa

Strategically located around 200 meters from the beach. The rooms are clean and the ambience of the place is relaxing. The rooms are slightly cramped though. The buffet breakfast served was good and had good options. All in all a good experience.

The hotel is very well maintained with excellent rooms and very helpful staff. It is located near the sea beach but not on the beach. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach. We requested for packed breakfast at 6 AM and this was kept ready when we checked out. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at the Lotus Beach Resort. In future we will definitely use other Lotus Resorts.

Excellent hotel with good basic facilities. Great hospitality, Excellent food, very accomodating staff. All in all a highly recommended place for stay for anyone either family trip or business trip. Proximity to beach, quiet and calm. Great.

It has the best location with good greenery and cleanliness & also located at peaceful area. The person gets good, mental and physically relaxed. The management and service of the hotels are excellant.

The hotel service is quite bad. The bathroom is quite small and clealiness is not taken care of. The housekeeping staff cleans the room only once in a day and does not entertain request for cleaning more than once.

Room service is one of the poorest I have ever seen. Received bath towels, bucket, mug, blankets, pillow covers almost after 24 hours of check in and that too reminding them after 4-5 times. The tap regulator in the bath room was completely coming out. During check-in and check out, no assistance were provided. No ventilation in the room.

The location of the hotel was great; that is just about it. The condition of the hotel and the rooms were not well maintained. It was certainly not a four star hotel; may be two star. The bathroom plumbing was not functioning properly. The power cut was frequent ( 10-12 times a day) without proper back up. The response to the problems were not timely. However, the staff was polite and courtious. The food was not of good quality, much better quality food was available even in the shacks next to the beach. There were no cell phone signal; no booster provided by the hotel. Overall I would have been satisfied if I had to pay exactly half of what I paid. Definitely not a good hotel. They should reduce the room rates significantly.

The bathroom's roofing was leaking and even after repeated requests, no action was taken. Complimentry breakfast was pathetic. Room service was not upto the mark. Tissue roll from the bathroom was removed next day. TV was another sore point, half the time it was not working. No dental kit was provided by them, no comb. I will never go there again.

The Resort was on an excellent location, away from the city crowd. I enjoyed at the Bernaulim Beach, it had water sports the most attractive feature. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

First time in Goa and could not even dream to be obliged with the kind of one of the best satisfactions.
