The phone did not work. There was no tumblerto drink water. Complaint in the morning went unattended till evening. However considering that hotel was fully booked the staff were courtious and complaint to manager saw prompt action.

A good restaurant is not there & the lift was not working. I was given room on 5th floor.

The hotel is on a main street, so it will be always noisy. It is a very old hotel which needs a revamp of the interiors. Breakfast food was good but the punjabi food was bad. I would recommend it as a practical place for 1 night stopover but not for a tourist.

They have just renamed the hotel and kept a big name which would give you feeling of all best but in reality, it's not so good. Rooms are damp and not much clean.
