Appliances in the room are old and malfunction, the staff is more biased towards foreign nationals with white skin. Nice location, clean rooms, dirty stinking water from bathroom taps, Jacuzzi in we did not work and were transferred to a new room but in the second room too the Jacuzzi did not work. Citrus cafe is the worst restaurant and priced exorbitantly.

Awesome place to be in Alleppey. Lake front view is just amazing. Staff is pleasing and take very good care of you. Secluded from the busy life. Great place to unwind and relax. Picture perfect location. Waiting to go back again.

Hotel is in an excellent location particularly if you are a bird watcher. The adjacent bird sanctuary is a jewel. The cottages are spacious but a bit dated at this point. On the other hand they are a tremendous value for the money

Total ambience of the hotel is very good. But it needs to improve upon the speed of the service provided by Citrus Cafe. It might be because the location of the cafe is very far. And manager should check the room thoroughly before handing over it to the guests. In our case shower was not working when we had to use it.They did change it the next day but it definitely caused inconvenience. Food quality was excellent but a lot of variety shall be brought. As we were there lots of foreign cousins were there but what about the Indian dishes. Hotel staff was very co-operative and the people were very humble. But I think management has to work more on Value for Money.

The place is excellent for relaxation far away from the city life; that's the drawback too. Food is good but commutation and house boat charges are very high.
